Accountabilities

- Proactively engage potential and existing VIP clients through phone calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools.
- Promote relevant financial products and services while tailoring conversations to the needs of high-value clients.
- Apply effective negotiation and consultative selling techniques to convert prospects and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Develop initiatives that improve client satisfaction, engagement, loyalty, and retention.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with VIP clients through responsive, professional, and personalized account management.





- Monitor client activity and behavior to identify opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and increased engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.

Requirements

- Professional English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Urdu and/or Hindi.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience within the financial industry, ideally in sales, account management, business development, or a client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with high-value or VIP customers with discretion and professionalism.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward commercial and customer-retention objectives.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple client relationships.

- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of ownership, responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
