Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based in the Pune Division. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and edit video content that showcases the restaurant brands, menu items, customer experiences, and behind-the-scenes stories. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with marketing and operations teams, capturing footage at outlets and events, setting up lighting and audio, and maintaining video equipment.

The role involves creating content for social media, digital campaigns, and internal use, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and timelines. The Videographer is expected to bring creative ideas, manage multiple projects, and adapt to the fast-paced workplace of the hospitality industry.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in videography, including camera operation, composition, and lighting for food, interiors, and people-focused shoots.
- Proficiency in video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.




- Experience creating short-form content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) and longer brand videos.
- Ability to plan shoots, develop basic storyboards, and collaborate with marketing to align visuals with campaign objectives.
- Knowledge of audio recording and basic sound design for clear dialogue, ambience, and music integration.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and an understanding of current digital content trends in F&B; or lifestyle sectors.
- Ability to work on-site across multiple outlets in Pune Division, sometimes during weekends or peak service hours.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in hospitality, food, or retail brands is an advantage.
