We are looking for a powerhouse Videographer & Content Creator who excels at high-end video editing, rapid-fire reel/short production, and polished podcast editing.

Because we work with multiple brands, adaptability is key. You will regularly switch gears between corporate storytelling, trendy social media short-form content, and long-form audio-visual media. Additionally, this role involves up to 20% travel to capture on-location shoots, client events, and field coverage.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. On-Location Shoots & Field Production (approx. 20% Travel)

- Travel to client locations, events, or external shoots to capture dynamic video and photo content.
- Operate professional camera, audio, and mobile lighting setups independently in fast-moving, real-world environments.
- Manage on-site logistics, equipment maintenance, and quick turnaround setups while representing our agency professionally in front of clients.

1. Short-Form Video & Reel Mastery

- Produce high-performing, trend-aware vertical videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks) tailored to different client brand identities.
- Execute fast-paced cuts, agile text animations, sound design, hooks, and captions optimized for maximum audience retention and engagement.

1. Podcast & Long-Form Editing

- Edit multi-cam or single-cam podcast episodes, interviews, and webinars.
- Perform precise audio balancing, noise reduction, color correction, and seamless cuts to create broadcast-quality long-form content.




- Repurpose long-form podcast episodes into bite-sized highlights and clips for cross-platform distribution.

1. Agency Workflow & Multi-Client Collaboration

- Juggle overlapping deadlines and brief requirements across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Brainstorm creative video concepts with our marketing and strategy teams to deliver thumb-stopping campaigns.
- Organize and maintain clean project files and asset archives for easy team collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Portfolio: A dynamic reel showcasing strong examples of video editing, trending short-form content/reels, podcast production, and on-location videography.
- Technical Excellence:
- Mastery of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (Adobe After Effects).
- Strong working knowledge of professional audio and lighting gear.
- Agency-Ready Mindset: Thrives in a dynamic environment, adapts quickly to different client styles, and handles constructive feedback seamlessly.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time for local and regional shoots.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
