Role Description The Videographer role is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce video content that supports health marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and educational initiatives for healthcare clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include operating cameras and lighting equipment, capturing high-quality footage, collaborating with content and design teams, and ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines.



The Videographer will also assist in pre-production planning, location scouting, and basic post-production tasks such as organizing footage and supporting editors as needed. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging video assets for digital platforms and social media.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Video Production and Shooting Video for marketing, educational, and brand-focused content.
- Strong Camera Operation skills, including working with various Camera types and formats.
- Knowledge of Lighting techniques to achieve consistent, high-quality visuals in different environments.
- Experience collaborating with creative, marketing, and analytics teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic understanding of video editing workflows and file management; familiarity with common editing software is a plus.
- Ability to follow creative briefs, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a portfolio showcasing relevant video work.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is preferred.
