We’re Hiring | Content Creator / Video Producer

Location: Mumbai

Work Mode: Hybrid

Compensation: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skill set

We are looking for a Content Creator / Video Producer to join our team and take ownership of creating high-quality short-form content for our real estate business.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys both shooting and editing and has a strong understanding of how to create engaging, visually polished content for Instagram and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot and produce short-form video content, primarily using an iPhone
- Edit Reels and other social-first content from footage you shoot
- Edit footage provided by the team when required
- Develop creative concepts and formats for real estate and lifestyle content
- Create content around properties, architecture, interiors, people and the real estate experience
- Work closely with the team on content planning and execution
- Stay current with evolving social media formats, trends and production techniques

What We’re Looking For

- Strong video editing skills and an understanding of short-form storytelling
- Ability to independently shoot high-quality content using an iPhone
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,



DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar editing software
- Strong sense of composition, pacing, music, transitions and visual storytelling
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and social media content
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Own laptop and editing setup

Good to Have

- Experience with AI-assisted editing and content creation tools
- Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design and colour grading
- Experience working with premium, luxury or lifestyle brands
- An interest in real estate, architecture, interiors, design, fashion or visual storytelling
