At LuxeVenue, we are revolutionizing the luxury events and venue aggregation space by leveraging cutting-edge technology and artificial intelligence. We are seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy AI Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our growth team.

In this role, you will combine traditional video editing skills with generative AI workflows and graphic design to produce world-class visual content, social media campaigns, brand collaterals, and high-converting video ads.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI & Generative Video Production

- Leverage generative AI tools (Midjourney, RunwayML, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Sora, etc.) to generate photorealistic assets, energetic backgrounds, and novel video sequences.
- Implement prompt engineering strategies to produce consistent brand aesthetics across all AI-generated content.

Video

Editing & Motion Graphics

- Edit high-converting short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads) and detailed long-form venue walkthroughs/showcases.
- Create motion graphics, dynamic typography, lower thirds, and smooth visual transitions using Adobe After Effects.
- Execute professional color grading, audio cleaning, sound design, and pacing alignment.

Design & Visual Assets

- Design static social media creatives, ad banners, email newsletters, and brand presentation decks.
- Maintain consistent visual branding, typography, and color schemes across all platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm visual storytelling concepts.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- AI Tool Expertise: Proven experience with generative AI workflows for image generation, text-to-video, voiceovers, and avatar creation.
- Portfolio: A strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating high-end video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design work (Mandatory).
- Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for framing, visual hierarchy, lighting, composition, and sound design.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver polished assets under deadline pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic understanding of 3D rendering software (Blender, Cinema 4D).
- Experience in luxury brand marketing, hospitality, or real estate media production.
