Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Videographer who can capture the world of Leonaara - Residential projects through compelling visual storytelling. This is not an equipment-only role; we want someone who understands camera craft, architecture, real estate, people, lifestyle and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

· Conceptualise, plan, shoot and edit video content for Leonaara projects.

· Shoot architectural, real estate, lifestyle, testimonial, event and community content.

· Operate professional cameras, lenses, stabilisation equipment and other production gear.

· Use camera techniques suited to premium real estate, architecture and lifestyle storytelling.

· Plan framing, composition, movement, lighting and shot sequences.

· Shoot natural and engaging customer testimonial videos.

· Operate drones and capture compelling aerial footage, subject to applicable permissions and regulations.

· Edit short-form and long-form content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and digital campaigns.

· Handle colour correction/grading, sound, music, transitions and basic motion graphics.





· Stay updated with current filmmaking techniques, social video formats, equipment and editing tools.

· Take ownership of projects from concept through final delivery.

Skills & Technical Requirements

· Robust hands-on knowledge of professional cameras, lenses and accessories.

· Good understanding of framing, composition, exposure, lighting and camera movement.

· Experience or strong interest in real estate and architectural videography.

· Drone operation skills.

· Proficiency in professional video editing software and current editing applications.

· Knowledge of colour grading, sound editing and social media video formats.

· Ability to work with vertical, square and horizontal formats.

· Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail.
