At Websolver, we are a dynamic digital marketing agency dedicated to creating high-impact digital experiences and narrative-driven social content. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor to turn raw footage into engaging visual content for our diverse client portfolio.

Job Overview

As a Video Editor at Websolver, you will be responsible for editing high-performing video content for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube long-form, LinkedIn, and ad campaigns). You will collaborate closely with our Social Media Managers, Content Strategists, and Graphic Designers to create content that drives audience engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Editing & Post-Production: Cut, assemble, and edit raw footage into high-quality videos optimized for multiple social platforms (Reels, Shorts, Ads, Corporate Videos).
- Creative Enhancements: Add motion graphics, kinetic typography, titles, lower thirds, transitions, sound effects (SFX), and color grading to elevate video quality.
- Platform Optimization: Tailor visual aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9, 1:1)



and formatting to suit specific social platforms and performance ad requirements.
- Collaboration & Storytelling: Work with content creators and account managers to understand video briefs, scripts, and campaign goals.
- Pacing & Audio Mixing: Select appropriate background music, clean up audio tracks, and ensure crisp pacing that holds viewer retention.
- Asset & Workflow Management: Organize project files, media assets, and exports systematically to meet quick agency turnarounds.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience, preferably within a digital agency or fast-paced creative workplace.
- Software Proficiency:
- Advanced command of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Working knowledge of CapCut Pro, Photoshop, or DaVinci Resolve is a strong bonus.
- Content Literacy: Understanding of current social media trends, viral hooks, sound design, and audience retention strategies.
- Attention to Detail: Eye for color consistency, audio clarity, accurate visual typography, and visual pacing.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadline turnarounds.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating a variety of short-form and long-form video edits.
