We are looking for a creative and energetic Video Editor who can handle video shooting, Reel creation, video editing, and digital content creation for our brand.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with shooting videos, creating and editing Reels/Shorts, editing promotional videos, and keeping up with current social media trends.

Role & responsibilities:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for digital platforms.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and corporate content.
- Handle video shoots at office locations, events, client locations, and other required places.
- Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Add music, transitions, subtitles, graphics, effects, and other elements to make videos engaging.
- Develop creative video content ideas based on current trends.
- Create and edit content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate with the HR, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand content requirements.
- Capture photos and videos during company events, employee activities, and business activities.




- Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all video content.
- Stay updated with the latest Reels, Shorts, video formats, editing styles, and content trends.
- Support promotional campaigns and other digital content requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong video shooting and video editing skills.
- Good understanding of short-form video content and current video trends.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of photography, lighting, framing, and camera handling.
- Creative thinking and good visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to create short-form content that is engaging and visually appealing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant experience in video production, video editing, content creation, or digital media are preferred.

Freshers with strong video editing skills and a positive portfolio may also be considered.
