Video Editor & Compositor Full-Time | In-House Position | Hyderabad, Telangana

Job Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality video content for architectural visualization, real estate marketing, corporate films, social media, teasers, trailers, and promotional campaigns
- Manipulate and edit footage in a way that delivers seamless storytelling and a polished cinematic experience • Create rough cuts, fine cuts, and final deliveries optimized for multiple platforms and formats • Add and synchronize music, dialogues, sound effects, motion graphics, transitions, titles, and visual effects • Perform color correction and color grading to maintain visual consistency and quality
- Work with rendered sequences, live footage, drone footage, screen recordings, and mixed media assets
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, 3D artists, motion designers, and marketing teams throughout the production and post-production pipeline
- Ensure logical sequencing, pacing, and smooth narrative flow across all projects
- Maintain organized project files, timelines, media assets, backups, and version control
- Manage deadlines efficiently while handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Continuously explore and implement current editing techniques,



AI-assisted workflows, and industry best practices to improve efficiency and output quality

Additional Content Creation Skills – Advantage
- Experience in creating and editing short-form content for social media platforms, including reels, shorts, teasers, and promotional videos
- Ability to develop creative content ideas, concepts, and visual narratives aligned with brand and project objectives
- Basic knowledge of content scripting, storyboarding, shot planning, and visual storytelling
- Experience in creating engaging promotional content from existing footage, renders, animations, and other visual assets
- Familiarity with motion graphics, typography, graphic design, and basic animation is an advantage
- Understanding of social media trends, content formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements
- Ability to repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form videos and promotional assets
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and editing tools is an advantage
- Basic understanding of photography, videography, lighting, and composition would be an added advantage
- Ability to contribute creative ideas and collaborate with the marketing team on content campaigns and digital promotions
