This isn't your average editing job.

We're looking for a Video Editor who is obsessed with content, someone who studies viral trends, understands audience psychology, and knows exactly how to hook a viewer in the first 3 seconds and keep them watching. You'll edit talking-head infotainment videos, research client personalities, study viral creators, and design editing styles tailored to each client's brand. You'll be part of a creative team that moves fast, experiments boldly, and holds itself to a high standard.

If you're the type who opens Instagram or TikTok to study what's working, not just to scroll, this role was built for you. What You'll Do

Edit high-retention short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok

Design scroll-stopping hooks for the first 3 to 5 seconds of every video

Research viral creators and adapt editing styles and storytelling techniques for each client

Study each client's personality and communication style to build a distinct visual identity

Apply professional color grading (S-log, cinematic, brand-consistent tones)

Create click-worthy thumbnails and visuals aligned with client branding





Select and sync background music that amplifies mood and narrative

Write and refine on-screen captions to maximize engagement

Collaborate with the creative team on content strategy and trending formats

Use AI tools to streamline your editing workflow and stay ahead of the curve What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on video editing experience with a strong portfolio of modern, viral-style edits

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve and Motion Graphics are a plus)

Strong color grading skills, especially with raw and S-log footage

Deep understanding of short-form content mechanics across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok A sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual hooks

Ability to work fast, meet deadlines, and thrive in a high-output setting

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and hungry to grow Bonus Points For:

Experience with infotainment or talking-head content for professionals (real estate, law, finance)

Knowledge of branding and content strategy
