Pocket FM is hiring an AI Video Editor to power our performance creative pipeline. We need someone who pairs high-fidelity editing skills with generative AI workflows to build scroll-stopping marketing campaigns.

Your mission & impact

- Generate characters, backgrounds, and animations at speed using prompt engineering and AI tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Firefly, Midjourney)
- Edit high-impact promos, trailers, and snippets that hook viewers in the first 3 seconds to drive conversions
- Build dynamic video templates and reusable motion assets to maximize production velocity
- Collaborate with ACDs and Marketing Managers to turn narrative audio into polished, platform-ready cuts

Qualifications

- Strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve proficiency is a bonus)
- Demonstrated portfolio of audio-driven storytelling, motion graphics, and short-form ads
- Solid understanding of digital platform specs, retention curves, and performance marketing principles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, data-informed production setting
