Waybr is a growing digital marketing agency focused on the travel, tourism and hospitality industry.

We are looking for a creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing team and take ownership of video content across social media, digital campaigns and brand communications.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both editing and creating — someone who can take raw footage, a creative brief or even a simple idea and turn it into an engaging, polished video.

What You'll Do

- Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, websites and digital campaigns
- Create videos for travel, tourism, hospitality and other client brands
- Work with raw footage, stock footage, images, graphics and other digital assets
- Create motion graphics, text animations, transitions and visual effects
- Develop engaging video content from creative briefs and marketing concepts
- Edit promotional videos, social media content, brand videos, campaign creatives and short-form content
- Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, subtitles and other audio elements
- Apply basic colour correction and colour grading
- Maintain visual consistency with each brand's identity and guidelines
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to develop creative content.

What We're Looking For




- 1–2 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics or a related creative role
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Understanding of motion graphics, typography, transitions and visual effects
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling and visual composition
- Experience creating content specifically for social media
- Good sense of music, sound design and visual timing
- Basic knowledge of colour correction and grading
- Ability to adapt editing styles according to different brands and audiences
- Strong attention to detail and a good visual eye
- Ability to understand a brief and work independently
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
