We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic/Motion Designer to join our marketing team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design, with the ability to create engaging visual content across social media, digital campaigns, and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging reels, shorts, promotional videos, product demos, and corporate videos.
- Design social media creatives, banners, posters, thumbnails, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Develop motion graphics, animated videos, logo animations, kinetic typography, and visual effects.
- Perform video color correction, audio enhancement, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects where required.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop visual content aligned with campaign objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets and follow established design guidelines.
- Optimize videos and creative assets for different digital and social media platforms.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, AI creative tools, and social media content formats.
- Organize and maintain creative assets, media files, and project libraries.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Video Editing, Graphic Design, or Motion Graphics.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience creating motion graphics, kinetic typography, animations, and other visual content.
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, rendering, and optimization for social media platforms.
- Ability to create high-quality thumbnails, banners, infographics, and digital marketing creatives.
- Familiarity with audio editing, background music, and sound synchronization.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Midjourney, Kling AI, or similar platforms.
- Basic photography or videography skills.
- Experience creating content for SaaS, technology, or B2B brands.
- Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content optimization.
- Experience working in fast-paced marketing or Agile environments.
