We are specifically seeking candidates with prior experience creating video content for the Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Lifestyle industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing travel-related videos, destination storytelling, promotional campaigns, vlogs, or social media content that demonstrates exceptional visual storytelling and editing skills.

As a Video Editor / Filmmaker, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and delivering engaging video content that strengthens Tripy Package's brand presence across digital platforms. You will work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to create compelling travel stories, destination showcases, promotional campaigns, founder content, and social media videos that inspire people to travel.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Tripy Package is looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Video Editor / Filmmaker to join our growing Marketing team.

As a Video Editor / Filmmaker, you will play a key role in shaping Tripy Package's visual identity by creating engaging travel content that inspires people to explore new destinations. From planning and filming to editing and publishing, you will be responsible for producing high-quality videos that strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, understands social media trends, and has a passion for travel, filmmaking, and content creation.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Video Production & Fimmaking

- Plan, conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content.
- Create engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels)



and long-form content (YouTube videos, travel documentaries, founder vlogs, customer stories, and brand films).
- Capture travel experiences, destination highlights, office culture, behind-the-scenes moments, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate video shoots with internal teams and external stakeholders when required.

2.Video Editing & Post Production

- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and platform-optimized videos.
- Add music, sound effects, motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and animations.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio balancing, and final rendering.
- Ensure every video aligns with Tripy Package's brand identity and storytelling style.

3.Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

- Develop compelling visual stories that inspire travel and build emotional connections with the audience.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to brainstorm creative campaign ideas.
- Create promotional videos for travel packages, destination launches, festivals, campaigns, and company announcements.
- Maintain consistency in visual branding across all digital platforms.

4.Social Media Content

- Produce engaging content optimized for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing styles, transitions, and platform algorithms.
- Suggest fresh content ideas to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.

5.Media Management & Team Collaboration

- Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with the Design, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams for campaign execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high production quality.
- Participate in creative discussions, campaign planning, and content strategy meetings.

REQUIRED SKILLS & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field (preferred).




- Minimum 1+ year of professional experience as a Video Editor/Filmmaker, preferably in the Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Lifestyle industry.
- A robust portfolio or showreel showcasing travel-related videos is mandatory.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
- CapCut
- Good understanding of storytelling, composition, pacing, framing, and visual aesthetics.
- Basic knowledge of camera operations, lighting setup, and audio recording.
- Familiarity with social media content formats and optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Experience creating travel, lifestyle, or hospitality-related content.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects.
- Experience operating DSLR, Mirrorless, or Professional Cameras.
- Understanding of drone videography is an added advantage.
- Basic photography and photo editing skills.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
