Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who understands short-form storytelling and long-form YouTube content. You should be comfortable editing fast-paced reels as well as structured YouTube videos that keep viewers hooked.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos
- Add engaging cuts, transitions, captions, emojis, and effects suited for each platform
- Sync visuals with music, voiceovers, and trends
- Maintain brand tone, pacing, and visual consistency
- Collaborate with content creators and the creative team
- Deliver edits within timelines and handle feedback efficiently

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CANVA
- Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and rhythm
- Experience with subtitles,



motion graphics, and basic animations
- Understanding of platform-specific formats and trends
- Good communication skills and openness to iterations

Valuable to Have:

- Experience editing for personal brands or agencies
- Knowledge of YouTube retention strategies
- Basic color correction and sound balancing
- Familiarity with Instagram & YouTube algorithms
