The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in video editing, photography, video production, and content creation, along with a strong understanding of social media trends and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for Instagram, YouTube, Reels, digital campaigns, advertisements, and brand communication. Independently handle video shoots, including camera setup, framing, lighting, audio, and basic production requirements. Conduct professional photoshoots for social media, campaigns, events, products, and other marketing requirements.

Edit engaging videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant editing tools. Perform photo editing and retouching using Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent software. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to convert campaign ideas into compelling visual content.

Maintain brand consistency while bringing creativity and innovation to every project.



Stay updated with the latest Instagram, YouTube, Reels, and digital content trends. Manage multiple editing and shooting projects while ensuring timely delivery.

Coordinate end-to-end production requirements, including shoot planning, locations, equipment, lighting, and basic set requirements. Ensure high standards of visual quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Requirements 1–2 years of experience in video editing, photography, content creation, or a similar creative role. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom or equivalent tools. Hands-on experience with video and photography equipment.

Good understanding of camera operation, lighting, framing, composition, and audio. Robust creative thinking and visual storytelling skills. Good understanding of social media content and current digital trends.

Ability to manage projects from concept → shoot → edit → final delivery. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with marketing and creative teams.

Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
