As a Video Editor, you will work closely with our dynamic digital team a group of exceptionally creative professionals dedicated to producing impactful content. Given the fast-paced nature of politics, we operate in a high-energy, round-the-clock environment. Key Responsibilities

- Produce high-quality, technically polished videos that reinforce core campaign messages.
- Review, organize, and enhance raw footage for inter-team collaboration.
- Work closely with videographers, content writers, and graphic/animation designers to ensure final outputs align with campaign objectives.
- Maintain and organize a video repository for long-term use.
- Conduct research and source relevant online visual material for video production.
- Accompany on-field units to document campaign trails and exploratory trips.
- Utilize audio tools to synchronize audio-visual outputs effectively.
- Operate live editing consoles to provide real-time streams to social media and media teams.
- Leverage modern AI tools for video making

Qualifications Experience
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field.
- 2 5 years of experience as a video editor in television, digital media, film, news, or socio-political industries.
- Strong expertise in video editing techniques,



visual storytelling, and post-production processes.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Knowledge of live editing and sound editing tools.
- Professional fluency in Tamil (Mandatory) and English.
