Role

We are hiring a Video Editor & Content Creator who can transform ideas into engaging YouTube videos. You will be responsible for editing videos, creating eye-catching visuals, and contributing creative ideas to improve audience engagement.

Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality YouTube videos with smooth transitions and engaging pacing.
- Add subtitles, sound effects, background music, animations, and motion graphics.
- Design attractive YouTube thumbnails.
- Research trending topics and suggest new video ideas.
- Create short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
- Maintain a consistent editing style and brand identity.
- Optimize videos for better audience retention.
- Meet project deadlines and communicate progress regularly.

Requirements
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop or Canva.




- Understanding of YouTube trends, storytelling, and audience retention.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take feedback positively.
- Portfolio or previous editing work is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Motion graphics and visual effects.
- Color grading and audio enhancement.
- AI tools for video editing and content creation.
- Thumbnail design.
- Scriptwriting or content research experience.
