About the Role:

We’re looking for a Video Editor to join our Content Syndication team and create high-volume, engaging short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Reels, Shorts, and social media videos at scale.
- Create engaging hooks, cuts, captions, transitions, and sound effects.
- Repurpose existing/long-form content into short-form formats.
- Follow trends and experiment with viral editing styles.
- Work closely with the content and syndication team.
- Deliver videos within daily publishing timelines.




- Use performance data such as views, retention, and engagement to improve editing.
- Maintain organized project files and content libraries.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of video editing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve or similar.
- Strong understanding of Reels, Shorts, and Facebook content.
- Good understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and social media trends.
- Ability to work quickly and handle high-volume content.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take feedback.
