Key Responsibilities

- Edit news packages, digital videos, interviews, and other news content for digital platforms.
- Create engaging and visually appealing videos while maintaining news accuracy and editorial standards.
- Work on Adobe Premiere Pro for professional video editing.
- Use Adobe Photoshop to create thumbnails and supporting visual assets.
- Design attractive and clickable video thumbnails suitable for digital platforms.
- Add basic graphics, text, transitions, animations, and visual elements to enhance videos.
- Bring creativity to video storytelling through effective editing, pacing, graphics, music, and visual treatment.
- Coordinate with reporters, producers, and editorial teams to understand story requirements and deliver videos within deadlines.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different digital and social media platforms.

Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience as a Video Editor,



preferably in a news or digital media organization.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience in editing news packages and digital news videos.
- Ability to create professional and engaging thumbnails.
- Understanding of basic graphics and motion elements.
- Good sense of visual storytelling, editing, timing, and creativity.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced news environment.
- Solid attention to detail and understanding of current digital video trends.

Preferred
- Experience working with a Hindi news/digital media organization will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of social media video formats and platform-specific content requirements.
- Ability to independently take a raw news story and turn it into an engaging digital video.
