- Create AI-powered videos (avatars, voiceovers, scripts, visuals)
- Convert text/blogs into engaging AI-generated videos
- Edit videos for ads, social media & web (short + long form)
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, CTAs
- Optimize content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook & ads
- Repurpose content into reels, shorts & ad creatives
- Collaborate with marketing & content teams
- Thumbnail creation - Mandatory

- Experience with AI video/content tools and Thumbnail Creation
- Hands-on with: Synthesia, Pictory, HeyGen, Runway or similar
- AI voiceover & script-generation tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent
- Experience in performance/social media video editing
- Ability to work independently & meet deadlines

- Generative AI workflows (ChatGPT, prompt engineering, image-to-video)
- CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar
- Agency/performance marketing experience
