Job Summary

AiDamsole Agile Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong video editing and storytelling skills and be comfortable creating engaging content for social media, advertisements, reels, and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
- Convert raw footage into engaging and high-quality videos.
- Create short-form videos with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, and visual effects.
- Add music, sound effects, subtitles, motion graphics, and animations where required.
- Perform basic colour correction and audio enhancement.
- Create video content according to brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and digital marketing teams.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, and viral formats.
- Organize project files, footage, and editing assets properly.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Ensure the final video meets quality and platform-specific requirements.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.




- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is preferred.
- Knowledge of CapCut or other short-form editing tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of video composition, storytelling, pacing, and transitions.
- Basic knowledge of colour correction, sound editing, and motion graphics.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into engaging videos.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media formats.

Eligibility
- 1–3 years of professional video editing experience.
- Candidates with experience in digital marketing agencies, social media content, advertising, or branded content will be preferred.
- A strong portfolio/showreel is required.
