We’re looking for a Creative Short-Form Video Editor to help us build a strong content engine across Instagram and YouTube.

This role is not just about editing videos. You’ll turn raw footage, scripts, screen recordings, and research into high-retention content that grabs attention, builds authority, and generates leads.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of hooks and audience retention
- Fast-paced, engaging editing style
- Excellent use of captions and on-screen text
- Effective use of B-roll, sound effects, and visual elements
- Understanding of pattern interrupts and storytelling
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts content styles
- Ability to make software and technical topics visually engaging
- Good attention to detail and sense of timing




- Ability to take feedback and deliver revisions quickly

Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos from raw footage, scripts, and screen recordings
- Add captions, B-roll, graphics, sound effects, music, and transitions
- Create engaging edits designed to improve watch time and retention
- Follow current short-form content trends
- Collaborate with the team to improve hooks, pacing, and overall content quality
- Deliver high-quality videos within deadlines

Compensation ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and quality of work.
