Role Description The Video Editing Executive will manage end-to-end video post-production for a variety of creative projects, including brand films, social media content, promotional videos, and digital campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, editing clips, adding transitions, sound, and basic effects, and collaborating with designers, writers, and marketing teams to ensure videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role also involves color grading, refining motion graphics elements,



and preparing content for multiple platforms and formats.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, requiring close coordination with the in-house creative team and participation in brainstorming and pre-production discussions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading for visual consistency and quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating engaging visual elements.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop or Illustrator).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Strong visual storytelling, sense of pacing, and understanding of sound design and basic audio editing.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional creative teams on-site in Chennai.
