About the Role

We're looking for a Content Producer to own the end-to-end scripting, planning, and execution management of our ad videos and content pieces across Instagram, and Youtube. You'll be the single point of accountability for turning ideas into published ads — writing scripts, briefing our in-house videographer, editor, and graphic designer, and making sure every ad is shot, edited, and delivered on time and on brand.

This is a producer role , not a technician role. We need someone who can direct people, hold deadlines, and catch quality issues before they become problems.

Roles & Responsibilities

Scripting & Planning:

•⁠ ⁠Write scripts for content and ad videos based on campaign briefs/marketing goals

•⁠ ⁠Plan shoot requirements (locations, talent, props, timelines) for each meta ad and content piece

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the guest mentors, faculties, student founders to plan and execute content ideas for Instagram and Youtube

•⁠ ⁠Manage and coordinate with multiple Content Agencies for smooth planning and execution of the content from their end

•⁠ Align Podcasts, Content IPs and other forms of content to fuel Organic Growth for Social Media Handles

Production Management

•⁠ ⁠Brief the videographer, editor, and graphic designer clearly on each project





•⁠ ⁠Coordinate shoot schedules and ensure the team has what they need

•⁠ ⁠Review raw footage and rough cuts; give transparent, actionable feedback

•⁠ ⁠Track multiple ads in progress at once and keep each on schedule

•⁠ ⁠Manage any external freelancers or agencies when needed

Quality & Delivery:

•⁠ ⁠Ensure final ads meet brand and quality standards before sign-off

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate final delivery/posting timelines with the marketing team

•⁠ ⁠Maintain a simple tracker of content status (scripting → shoot → edit → approved → live)

Backup Execution

•⁠ ⁠Step in personally to shoot or edit (basic level) if a team member is unavailable or a deadline is at risk

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠2–5 years of experience in content/video production, advertising, or brand content; ideally having worked with editors/videographers before, not just as an individual creator

•⁠ ⁠Strong scriptwriting ability for short-form ad content

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience managing people or vendors to a deadline

•⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of shooting and basic video editing (any tool — mobile apps, Premiere, CapCut, etc.) as a fallback skill, not a primary one

•⁠ ⁠Sharp eye for quality; can tell what's "good enough to publish" and what needs another pass

•⁠ ⁠Excellent organisation; comfortable managing 3-4 ads at different stages simultaneously

•⁠ ⁠Clear communicator, comfortable giving direction and feedback to creative teams

Nice to have

•⁠ ⁠Experience in a startup or fast-paced marketing team

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with performance/ad metrics (CTR, watch time, etc.) to inform scripting decisions

What Success Looks Like:

•⁠ ⁠Ads and content are consistently delivered on schedule with minimal revisions needed

•⁠ ⁠The production team has clarity and doesn't need hand-holding on briefs

•⁠ ⁠You can independently produce a usable ad if the team is unavailable

•⁠ ⁠Ad quality is consistent and on-brand across all output
