About the Role

Brikito is looking for a highly creative and hands-on Video Content Creator & Social Media Specialist who can take ownership of our entire visual content creation process.

We are looking for someone who is not just a video editor, but someone who can conceptualise, shoot, edit, animate and publish high-quality content across Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, visual communication and social media content, and should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Video Content Creation

- Create high-quality short-form videos, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos and promotional content for Brikito.
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for founder-led, product-led and brand-led content.
- Convert complex construction, AI and PropTech concepts into simple and engaging visual content.
- Create content that is informative, educational, promotional and engaging.

1. Video Production & Shooting

- Handle camera, lighting, audio and basic video production independently.
- Plan and execute video shoots at the office, construction sites, events and other locations.
- Set up appropriate framing, lighting and audio to ensure professional-quality footage.
- Take responsibility for the complete shoot-to-publish process.

1. Video Editing & Post-Production

- Edit videos professionally for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
- Create engaging hooks, transitions, captions, subtitles, animations and visual effects.
- Maintain strong pacing and storytelling to improve audience retention.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.
- Perform colour correction,



audio enhancement and other post-production requirements.

1. Motion Graphics & Animation

- Create high-quality graphic animations and motion graphics.
- Develop product animations, UI animations and visual explainers.
- Create animated presentations and product walkthroughs for Brikito.
- Use animation to simplify complex technical and AI concepts.

1. Product Explainer Videos

- Create professional product demonstration and explainer videos for Brikito.
- Convert product features and workflows into straightforward visual stories.
- Create screen-recorded product walkthroughs and feature demonstrations.
- Work closely with the product and technology team to understand new features and communicate them effectively.

1. Social Media Content

- Create and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Develop a consistent content calendar in coordination with the marketing team.
- Understand platform-specific formats, trends, hooks and audience behaviour.
- Monitor content performance and continuously improve content based on engagement and retention.
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms while adapting it to each platform’s audience.

1. Creative & Brand Development

- Maintain Brikito’s visual identity across all digital content.
- Develop creative assets for campaigns, product launches, events and marketing activities.
- Create thumbnails, social media creatives, promotional graphics and other supporting visual content.
- Ensure all content maintains a premium and professional brand image.

Collaboration

- Work closely with the founder, marketing team, product team and technology team.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new content ideas.
- Understand business objectives and convert them into effective visual content.
- Take feedback positively and continuously improve the quality of creative output.

1. Startup Ownership

- Take complete ownership of the content creation process from idea to publishing.
- Be comfortable working independently without requiring extensive supervision.
- Be willing to experiment with new formats, technologies, AI tools and creative techniques.
- Help establish Brikito’s content creation system from the ground up.

Ideal Candidate
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent video editing and content creation skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and short-form video content.
- Experience with professional video editing and motion graphics software.
- Good knowledge of camera operation, lighting and audio.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, hooks, pacing and audience retention.
- Good graphic design skills are highly preferred.
- Experience creating product explainer or SaaS/technology videos is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple creative projects.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Passion for technology, AI, startups, construction or PropTech would be an added advantage.

Preferred Tools Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut or equivalent professional tools is preferred.

Compensation

CTC: ₹4,00,000 per annum

This is a hands-on startup role with significant ownership and an opportunity to build Brikito’s visual identity and digital presence from the ground up.
