JobType: full-time Requirements Vice President – Application Services | BFSI Location: Bengaluru We are hiring a senior technology and delivery leader for a leading global skilled services firm.

- 20+ years of experience in IT/Technology Services with strong BFSI and Application Management Services (AMS) expertise;

experience across multiple global banking/financial services clients preferred.

- Proven experience leading large, complex application delivery portfolios, including modernization, transformation and managed services, with sound understanding of enterprise applications, cloud and evolving technology stacks.
- Strong client leadership and executive presence, with experience engaging CIO/CTO/CDO-level stakeholders,



strengthening strategic relationships and identifying opportunities to expand engagements.
- Demonstrated experience leading and scaling large, multi-disciplinary technology organizations comprising Engineering Managers, Architects, PMO and Delivery leaders, with strong resource/talent management capability.
- Looking for a forward-looking, entrepreneurial leader who can operate in a high-growth environment, build delivery capability and help scale a rapidly expanding technology services business. Must-have skills BFSI, AMS Good-to-have skills P&L;, Application Modernization
