We architect it and deploy it, wherever that business operates. We're live today with Voice (Post-Call Analysis), AI Adoption, Legacy Modernization, Data & Analytics, Integration & APIs, and ongoing Support & Maintenance — with more capabilities in active development.

The role:

We're looking for a President / COO to own the business side of XAAAS — go-to-market, sales, partnerships, and operations — while the founder stays focused on product and technical direction. This is a hands-on, early-stage leadership role: you'll be building the operating playbook, not inheriting one.

What you'll do:

- Drive go-to-market strategy, sales, and partnerships across our live capabilities
- Build and scale the operational and business processes as the company grows




- Own client and partner relationships end to end
- Work directly with the founder on company strategy and growth priorities
- Represent XAAAS in business, partner, and industry conversations

What we're looking for:

- Prior experience in an executive or senior operating role (COO, President, VP Operations, or similar), ideally at an early-stage company
- A strong network in AI, SaaS, enterprise IT services, or B2B sales
- Comfortable with the ambiguity of an early-stage, founder-led environment
- Based in India or able to work closely with an India-based team (remote-first)
