About the Role

As a VFX Coordinator Trainee, you'll support our production and coordination team in tracking shots, managing schedules, and keeping communication flowing smoothly between artists, supervisors, and clients. You'll get hands-on exposure to the full VFX pipeline—from ingest to final delivery — while learning industry-standard tools and workflows under the mentorship of experienced coordinators and producers.

What You'll Do

 Assist in tracking shot statuses and updating production schedules

 Help coordinate communication between VFX artists, supervisors, and production teams

 Support the organization and management of project files, assets, and deliverables

 Take notes during dailies/review sessions and help distribute client/artist feedback

 Assist with data entry and updates in shot-

 Help prepare status reports and coordinate delivery timelines

 Learn and follow studio pipeline processes, naming conventions, and file management standards

 Provide general administrative and logistical support to the production team

What We're Looking For





 A degree/diploma in Film, Animation, VFX, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent practical interest/experience)

 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

 Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic project-tracking tools

 Ability to multitask and stay calm under tight deadlines

 A collaborative, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

 Basic understanding of the VFX/animation production pipeline is a plus, but not mandatory

 Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, or ShotGrid is an advantage
