Ridhira Retreat, Gandipet is a premium lakefront destination on Osman Sagar, approximately 30 minutes from Gachibowli. The property is being positioned as one of Hyderabad’s most sought-after destinations for weddings, corporate offsites, MICE events, leadership retreats, F&B; experiences, and wellness getaways.

We are looking for a Venue Head who thinks and operates like an owner—someone who can build the business, own the revenue, lead the team, manage event execution, and create an exceptional guest experience.

The Role The Venue Head will have end-to-end ownership of the property’s commercial performance and event operations, including:

- Own the annual revenue target across weddings, banquets, MICE, corporate events, F&B;, and wellness retreats
- Drive both B2B and B2C sales across corporates, wedding planners, event agencies, MICE operators, HNIs, and family clients
- Build and manage the sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Personally lead key client conversations and close high-value business
- Manage end-to-end event execution, including F&B;, décor, production, vendors, guest experience, and service standards
- Ensure smooth operations during events, including weekends and peak periods
- Own event-level profitability through effective control of food costs, beverage costs, manpower, vendor costs, and pricing




- Lead and develop teams across sales, events, F&B;, housekeeping, and guest relations
- Build strong relationships with wedding planners, corporates, event agencies, vendors, and key decision-makers
- Drive repeat business, referrals, reviews, and long-term client relationships
- Generate qualified leads for Ridhira Zen villa sales through event and venue footfall
- Establish SOPs, service standards, and a strong operating culture from the ground up

What We’re Looking For

- 6–11 years of experience in banquet, wedding, event, MICE, or destination event sales
- Experience with a hotel, resort, convention centre, premium banquet venue, or wedding/event planning company
- Proven track record of independently owning and delivering an annual sales target of ₹3 Cr+
- Strong Hyderabad network across corporates, wedding planners, event agencies, MICE operators, and vendors
- Strong understanding of banquet operations, event management, F&B;, and venue sales
- Commercially strong with hands-on knowledge of P&L; and cost control
- Comfortable managing events on the floor, including weekends and late-night operations
- Strong leadership, negotiation, client servicing, and business development skills
- Ability to build teams, processes, and business from an early-stage setup
- Hyderabad-based candidates preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
