Financial Outcomes

Account Acquisition:

Generate Leads

Do Demos

Closure of new accounts within the guard rails (signing of contract)

Customer Service

Account Retention

% Machines retained to ensure customer satisfaction for the machines under this persons responsibility, two key parameters being timely supplies (fully responsible for this) and Service (liaise with service teams to ensure it is done in a timely manner)

In the event of a pull-out coordinate with service teams to ensure machine is moved back to DB point without any damage and immediately plan for its re-deployment.

Internal Processes

Tracking of Machines:

Distributor must certify availability of machines by location. Ensure DB submits this in a timely manner for the machines he/she is responsible for.

Business Throughput Monthly average sale per machine (secondary DB billing to account)

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?





Qualification Graduation

2-5 Years of experience in Vending Function

Strong commercial acumen - must display the ability to independently source business in larger accountsRole & responsibilities

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

Good communication skills

Track record in acquiring recent accounts consistently in the vending business and building strong relationships by virtue of which the candidate comes with the ability to get immediate results

Aggressive growth mind set, one who is not limited by constraints particularly in a new business

Ability to roll up sleeves and go above & beyond to acquire and retain business The ability to ensure success of the team by providing guidance and training
