Job Title VB .net developer

We are seeking a skilled VB.NET Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain business applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and application support, with the ability to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using VB.NET.
- Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET/Web Forms/MVC.
- Create and optimize database objects such as stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers in SQL Server.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Support production applications and perform enhancements as required.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Application Development:
- Design, develop,



and maintain high-quality VB.NET applications in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for various software projects.

- Coding and Implementation:

- Write clean, scalable, and productive code in VB.NET to meet the functional requirements of applications.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshooting and Debugging:

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and bugs using debugging tools and techniques.
- Optimize application performance by conducting regular analysis and implementing necessary improvements.

- Documentation:

- Create and maintain technical documentation for development processes, code, and application features.
- Document software specifications, coding changes, and user manuals for reference and training purposes.

- Collaboration and Communication:

- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum meetings to provide updates on project status and discuss any blockers.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
