Role & responsibilities :

Responsible for providing safe, professional, and courteous driving and valet parking services to guests. The role involves receiving and parking guest vehicles, retrieving vehicles promptly, assisting guests with luggage when required, and maintaining high standards of guest service and vehicle safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional valet services.
- Receive, park, secure, and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Drive guest vehicles carefully while following all traffic and safety regulations.
- Maintain proper records of vehicles received and returned.
- Handle vehicle keys securely and maintain key control procedures.




- Assist guests with luggage and other reasonable requirements when required.
- Inspect vehicles for visible damage before parking and report any concerns.
- Ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas and remain secure.
- Maintain cleanliness and qualified appearance of the valet area.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
- Provide directions and basic information to guests when required.
- Report accidents, vehicle damage, guest complaints, or other incidents immediately.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional behaviour at all times.
- Follow hotel/company policies, SOPs, and health & safety standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: 20,000.00 - 22,000.00 per month
