Position: Sales Trainee

Function: Trade Sales

Location: Across Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar & West Bengal

CTC: INR 6 Lakhs per Annum

Qualification: MBA / PGDM Marketing (Regular) from 2025 & 2026 pass-out Batch only (Min 50% Marks throughout academic career i.e from 10th Std till Graduation)

Work Experience: 0 to 1 Year (Freshers can apply)

Pre-requisite (Mandatory): Two-wheeler & valid driving license

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior sales officers and sales managers in identifying potential customers and opportunities in the market.
- Support sales teams in planning and executing sales strategies.
- Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide product information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with distributors,



contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
- Analyze sales data and report findings to management.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor and follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
- Track sales performance against targets and suggest improvements.
