UX Researcher – Entry Level

We are looking for an enthusiastic UX Researcher to join our product and design team. The candidate will help us understand user needs, behaviors, expectations, and pain points through structured research and translate those insights into actionable recommendations for UX/UI designers, business analysts, and development teams.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in UX Research, Product Design, and Digital Product Development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct user research for websites, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, and other digital products.
- Understand business requirements, target audiences, and user expectations.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, questionnaires, and usability studies.
- Perform competitor and market research.
- Develop user personas and identify key user segments.
- Map user journeys, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities.
- Conduct usability testing on wireframes, prototypes, websites, and mobile apps.
- Analyze research findings and identify UX improvement opportunities.
- Prepare structured UX research reports and presentations.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to support information architecture, user flows, and design decisions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams.
- Review existing digital products and identify usability issues.
- Support pre-design discovery and requirement-gathering activities.




- Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, and ideation.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of UX Research and UX/UI Design principles.
- Understanding of user-centered design processes.
- Knowledge of user interviews, surveys, usability testing, personas, and journey mapping.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to organize research findings and present insights clearly.
- Basic knowledge of Figma/FigJam or similar design and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with web and mobile application user experiences.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar tools for research and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Psychology, HCI, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong UX research knowledge or relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- UX/UI, Product Design, or UX Research certification is an added advantage.

Candidates should be willing to learn quickly, work across different industries and digital products, and convert research findings into practical recommendations for product and design teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
