Role & responsibilities

- Own end-to-end UX for individual features within complex enterprise applications
- Translate business and product requirements into structured workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
- Design scalable patterns that reduce redundancy and cognitive load
- Define states, validations, error scenarios, and edge cases for the features you own
- Use AI-assisted tools (Claude, Figma Make, V0, Lovable.dev, ChatGPT) to accelerate ideation, documentation, and prototyping
- Use Claude to scale research synthesis, generate flow variations, draft UX copy, and build interactive prototypes from briefs
- Contribute to and extend the design system: components, tokens, patterns, and documentation
- Partner closely with product managers and developers to ensure production-quality execution
- Review implemented builds to maintain UX integrity
- Present design rationale clearly and defend decisions with logic and user insight
- Mentor Jr. UX Designers and contribute to raising the team's design bar

Preferred candidate profile Must-Have Skills:

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on UX/UI design experience, ideally on enterprise or complex consumer products
- Advanced Figma skills (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Tokens, Interactive Prototypes), non-negotiable
- Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world problem solving and shipped outcomes (not academic or beautification projects)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Working knowledge of design systems: contribution, documentation, and scalability
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, V0, Lovable.dev, Figma Make) in real design workflows
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS,



and component-based frontend logic
- Transparent communication and ability to take and give thoughtful critique
- Ownership mindset, accountability, and a bias toward action

Certification (Preferred, not mandatory): Any UX-recognized certification (Interaction Design Foundation, Google UX Design Certificate, Coursera UX Specializations) plus completed AI fluency courses (Anthropic Academy, DeepLearning.AI).

- Worked on payroll, HR tech, fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy applications
- Designed complete feature ecosystems including states and edge cases

Interview Process To ensure clarity and avoid ambiguity, our interview process includes: 1. Portfolio Evaluation

2. Technical Q and A Round

Deep dive into UX principles, design systems, interaction logic, scalability, and execution approach.

3. Design Assignment

4. Assignment Review and Q and A

Detailed walkthrough of your decisions, logic, trade-offs, and system thinking.

5. Final Interview with Leadership
