Role Description The UX/UI Designer Intern role is an internship position offered as a remote opportunity. The intern will assist in designing intuitive user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications, including creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with designers and developers, refining user flows, preparing design assets, and helping conduct basic user research and usability reviews.

The intern will also support documentation of design decisions,



maintain design libraries, and contribute ideas that enhance usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across client projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational UX skills such as user research, persona creation, user journey mapping, and usability awareness.
- Candidates should possess UI design skills such as layout design, typography, color theory, and responsive interface design.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with common design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar applications).
- Candidates should possess basic front-end understanding, such as familiarity with HTML, CSS, and how designs translate into development.
- Candidates should possess robust communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and openness to feedback.
- Enrollment in or completion of a relevant program (e.g., Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field) is beneficial, along with a portfolio showcasing design work or academic projects.
