We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who thinks beyond screens — someone who can simplify complexB2B workflows, design intelligent AI experiences and create interfaces that feel powerful without feeling complicated.

What you'll do

Design for complex B2B workflows Own UX/UI from problem discovery user flows wireframes prototypes high-fidelity designs developer handoff.

Design intuitive experiences for complex CRM workflows across Leads, Projects, Channel Partners, Sales, Site Visits, Commissions, Analytics and more.

Turn complex business requirements into simple, scalable and intuitive experiences.

Balance business goals, user needs and technical constraints to make thoughtful product decisions.

Design for AI-first experiences

Explore how AI can genuinely improve everyday workflows — from recommendations and predictions to automation, insights and conversational experiences.

Design AI interactions, states, feedback loops, explainability and human-in-the-loop experiences.

Think beyond traditional dashboards and forms to create experiences that anticipate what users need next.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate AI capabilities into useful, understandable product experiences.

Build and evolve the design system





Contribute to and evolve Sirrus.AI's scalable design system across web and responsive experiences.

Create reusable components, patterns, interaction behaviours, tokens and guidelines in Figma.

Think about how design systems can become AI-compatible and adaptable to dynamic, personalised interfaces.

Maintain consistency while allowing the product to remain flexible and highly configurable.

Shape the product Work closely with Product, Engineering, AI/ML and Business teams from early discovery through launch.

Participate in product discovery, workshops, design critiques and usability testing.

Challenge assumptions and bring solid UX thinking into product discussions.

Use prototypes to communicate ideas, test concepts and align stakeholders.

Continuously improve existing experiences through data, research and user feedback.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience , preferably in B2B SaaS,enterprise products, CRM, fintech, PropTech or other complex digital products.

Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, interaction design, information architecture and visual design.

Advanced proficiency in Figma — Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, Prototypingand Design Systems should be second nature.

Experience designing complex B2B workflows and data-heavy interfaces.

Ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear, elegant product experiences.

Strong visual design skills with a sharp eye for spacing, typography, hierarchy,



interaction and usability.

Experience working closely with developers and understanding technical constraints.

Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate why a design decision was made.

Strong match if you have Hands-on experience designing AI-powered products or AI features.

Understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, recommendations, predictive analytics, AI agents, conversational interfaces or intelligent automation.

Experience designing AI-native UX patterns — confidence, explainability, uncertainty, feedback,suggestions and human control.

Experience with B2B SaaS / CRM / Enterprise products.

Experience building or maintaining a design system at scale.

Experience designing configurable products where different customers or teams can customiseworkflows, fields, views and dashboards.

Experience working in Real Estate / PropTech is a major advantage.
