Seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of user interfaces for bespoke enterprise-grade applications. This role will own the end-to-end design process from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design system governance. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate complex workflows into intuitive, productive, and visually consistent experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, scalable UI/UX for (desktop/web) enterprise applications, balancing usability with the constraints of enterprise software.

- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions for internal, workflow-heavy tools.

- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes (Figma or equivalent).

- Build and maintain a design system/component library aligned with applicable UI frameworks, depending on the tech stack).

- Partner closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-accurate implementation.

- Simplify complex, data-dense enterprise workflows (multi-step forms, dashboards, admin panels) into clear, efficient user journeys.

- Establish and enforce UI/UX standards, with applicable accessibility guidelines and consistency across modules.

- Present design concepts and rationale to engineering leads, product owners, and business stakeholders.

- Mentor junior designers, if applicable,



and contribute to design process improvements.

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing enterprise or B2B software design.

- Proven experience designing for desktop or web applications built on various technologies and web frameworks.

- Proficiency in Figma, Invision, or Adobe XD for wireframing and prototyping.

- Solid understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics for complex, data-heavy applications.

- Experience designing and maintaining design systems/component libraries.

- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+).

- Strong communication skills; ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments alongside engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working directly with REACT/Angular development teams.

- Experience in enterprise software domains (internal tools, workflow automation, admin consoles, data-entry heavy applications).

- Basic understanding of front-end constraints in REACT/Angular UI frameworks to design realistic, implementable interfaces.

- Experience conducting usability testing and synthesizing findings into actionable design changes.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
