Role Description The User Interface Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications in close collaboration with UX designers and front-end developers. Day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes, mockups, and design prototypes; defining visual styles, layouts, and interaction patterns; and iterating designs based on feedback, usability considerations, and project requirements. The role involves preparing design assets for development, working with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation, and maintaining design consistency across products.

This is a full-time,



in office role based in Sikar, requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional team members and participation in design reviews and product planning sessions.

Qualifications

- Strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills, with the ability to create clean, consistent, and user-friendly layouts.
- Experience producing detailed Mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, including user flows, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Basic to intermediate Front-End Development knowledge (e.g., HTML, CSS, responsive design) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar) and asset preparation for development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in UI/UX roles is preferred.
