Key Responsibilities

- Lead the UX lifecycle from discovery through final design handoff.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, design thinking sessions, and UX strategy discussions.
- Define UX vision aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Design mobile-first commerce experiences including guided shopping, search, comparison tools, and product discovery.
- Drive Search Experience design including autocomplete, search relevance, navigation, search recovery, personalization opportunities, and recommendation journeys.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and UX specifications.
- Lead usability evaluations and translate customer insights into actionable design improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Architects, Developers, Search Engineers, Product Managers, and Business Owners.




- Review and govern design quality across the engagement.
- Mentor junior UX designers and provide design leadership.
- Present UX strategies and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Define reusable UX patterns and promote design consistency through Design Systems.
- Support Agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
