Your Role – What You’ll Do:

The US IT Recruiter plays a critical role in the hiring process for IT (Information Technology) and Non IT positions. Their main goal is to find, attract, and hire qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring the right fit for both the candidate and the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Understanding Job Requirements o Work closely with Recruitment Manager and Business Development Manager to understand the client technical requirements of a role (e.g., skills, experience, certifications).

2. Sourcing Candidates o Use job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, internal databases, and networking to identify potential candidates.

o Actively search for passive candidates who may not be actively job-hunting.

3. Screening & Interviewing o Review resumes and portfolios to assess technical qualifications.

o Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate soft skills, experience, and interest.

o Coordinate technical assessments or interviews through the Business Development team and Client hiring manager.

4. Managing the Delivery Process o Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring teams.

o Provide feedback and manage communication throughout the process.

o Help negotiate job offers, salaries, and start dates.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding o Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from start to finish.

o Promote the company or client as an attractive employer to candidates.

Important Skills Needed to Perform this Role:

2. Must possess a technical degree in computer science (e.g., B. Tech, B.E., CSE, IT, AI & ML, ECE, EEE.)
3. Arts Degree: (M.Sc. computer science, MCA, M.Sc. data science, M.Sc. Electrical engineering)
4. Should possess strong understanding of IT Technologies (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, SQL) and IT roles (e.g., software engineer, system admin, data analyst)
5. Need to have strong communication with the ability to clearly convey job requirements and engage with candidates in the US Market.
6. Should be strong in Boolean searches, LinkedIn Searches, Web Research
7. Should possess strong Negotiation, convincing and creativity skills.
8. Should possess multi-tasking skills

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
