ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple non-IT domains — including Aerospace, Manufacturing, Engineering, Healthcare, and Accounting — to meet our organization’s growing staffing needs. The position operates during night shift hours to support US/global hiring requirements from our Indore office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end recruitment life-cycle across multiple non-IT verticals (Aerospace, Manufacturing, Engineering, Healthcare, Accounting) including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads across different domains to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to evaluate domain-specific aptitude, certifications, and culture fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, skills/case assessments, and panel discussions with relevant hiring teams across domains.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and pipeline status.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings across all supported domains.
- Negotiate offers, manage counteroffers, and ensure a smooth pre-joining and onboarding experience, including credentialing/licensing/clearance documentation where applicable.




- Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment metrics, reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Stay current on hiring trends, salary/wage benchmarks, and competitor intelligence across Aerospace, Manufacturing, Engineering, Healthcare, and Accounting sectors.
- Quickly adapt sourcing strategy and screening criteria depending on the domain and role being worked.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in US non-IT recruitment, ideally spanning more than one of the following: Aerospace, Manufacturing, Engineering, Healthcare, or Accounting/Finance.
- Experience with USC, GC, H1B, H4, L2, OPT, TN and other US work authorisation types, including awareness of domain-specific requirements (e.g., security clearance/ITAR for Aerospace, licensure/credentialing for Healthcare, CPA/CMA for Accounting).
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for a range of roles such as Aerospace/Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineers, Production Supervisors, Machine Operators, Quality Control Inspectors, Registered Nurses, Physicians, Allied Health professionals, Staff Accountants, Financial Analysts, Auditors, and Controllers.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards/ATS platforms relevant to multiple industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple open requisitions across different domains simultaneously.
- Willingness to work night shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (IST).
