About the Role: We are seeking an experienced US NPO Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in performing various accounting functions for a US division, with a strong exp of U.S.-based nonprofit organizations (NPOs).

Description

We are looking for a full-time bookkeeper with 2–4 years of experience working with U.S.-based nonprofit organizations (NPOs).

Work includes:

Day-to-day bookkeeping

Bank & credit card reconciliations

Fund accounting (restricted/unrestricted)

Month-end close

- QuickBooks Online

Requirements:

2–4 years of relevant experience

Experience with U.S. nonprofits / 501(c)(3)

- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Hands-on QuickBooks Online
- Form 990 support experience (preferred)

Qualifications & Experience: Educational Background:

- CA (Chartered Accountant)



or CA Inter (Intermediate) or master’s degree with relevant experience.

Other Requirements:

- Immediate joiner preferred.
