We are looking for a sharp Talent Sourcing Specialist with deep domain experience in Semiconductor, Hardware, and VLSI to evaluate and qualify candidates for our US hiring pipeline!

Role: Talent Sourcing Specialist

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST)

What We’re Looking For

- 4-7 years of core sourcing, screening and candidate evaluation experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Mandatory: Prior experience screening candidates in the Semiconductor / Hardware / VLSI domains.
- Expertise in conducting initial technical/domain screening calls, evaluating candidate profiles against complex job specifics, and assessing overall fit.
- Solid understanding of US employment types, visa classifications, and domain-specific terminology.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver a high-quality candidate assessment experience.
