We are looking for a sharp, driven, and experienced U.S. IT Recruiter / Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in a fully remote role.

POSITION

Senior U.S. IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

03–08 years of hands-on U.S. IT Recruitment experience ONLY

Candidates with less than 3 years or more than 8 years of experience will not be considered.

Candidates must have proven experience in:

- End-to-end U.S. IT Recruitment
- Sourcing and screening technical candidates
- Full-time U.S. IT requirements
- Working with Implementation Partners
- Recruiting primarily U.S. Citizens and Green Card candidates
- Managing candidate pipelines and recruitment delivery
- Working with U.S. clients and/or staffing partners
- Handling requirements from sourcing through closure

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S. IT requirements
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, job portals, Boolean search and other sourcing techniques
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, work authorization, and job requirements
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified U.S. IT candidates
- Focus primarily on U.S. Citizens and Green Card candidates
- Work on full-time positions and coordinate with Implementation Partners
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, and closures
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity
- Take ownership of assigned requirements and delivery targets
- Collaborate effectively with the recruitment team while working remotely




- Maintain strong communication with candidates, clients, and staffing partners

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 3–8 years of U.S. IT Recruitment experience

Strong knowledge of the U.S. IT staffing and recruitment market

Hands-on experience with full-time requirements

Experience working with Implementation Partners

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Dice, Naukri and other job portals

Excellent Boolean search and candidate identification skills

Strong understanding of U.S. work authorization, especially USC & GC candidates

Excellent English communication and follow-up skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment delivery

Comfortable working during U.S. night shift / EST hours

Strong time management and remote-working discipline

WORK MODE

100% REMOTE | WORK FROM HOME

Work with U.S. requirements and global recruitment teams

No walk-in interviews.

No work-from-office requirement.

WORKING HOURS

U.S. Night Shift – EST Hours ( Monday to Friday : 06:30pm IST to 04:00am IST)

Candidates must be comfortable working according to U.S. business hours.
