Role Description The US IT Recruiter (Part-time) will manage end-to-end hiring for technology roles supporting Perma Technologies’ projects for US-based clients. This full-time, in office position in Chennai involves sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, with a focus on technical and IT positions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting initial interviews, assessing technical fit in partnership with hiring managers, coordinating interview schedules across time zones,



and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruitment systems.

The recruiter will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, present qualified shortlists, support offer negotiation, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role also includes tracking hiring metrics, staying informed on market trends, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for US-based technology roles.
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring processes, using ATS tools, job boards, and professional networks.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to coordinate across global teams and time zones.
- Good understanding of common IT roles, skills, and technologies to assess candidate suitability.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage priorities independently, and meet hiring timelines.
- Prior experience recruiting for US markets or international clients is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
