Required Skills

- 2–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

- Experience working with Tier-1 Prime Vendors and/or Direct Clients.

- Strong understanding of the US staffing process and recruitment lifecycle.

- Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

- Positive knowledge of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, TN, CPT/OPT, etc.).

- Experience recruiting for contract (W2/C2C/1099) and full-time positions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience recruiting for Cloud, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, Java, .NET, SAP, Salesforce, Cybersecurity, ERP, and Infrastructure roles.

- Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing expertise.

- Experience using ATS/CRM tools.

- Ability to build long-term candidate relationships.
