About the Role
Kaygen Global Services is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT talent across various technologies while working closely with Account Managers and clients to fulfill staffing requirements within defined timelines. The role demands strong communication skills, expertise in sourcing strategies, and the ability to work in a quick-paced US staffing environment.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End US IT Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer discussion, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards and client expectations.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across various technologies and domains.
- Utilize platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, and Indeed for sourcing.
- Conduct passive candidate outreach and talent mapping for niche skill requirements.
- Maintain updated candidate records and recruitment trackers in ATS/CRM systems.
- Develop talent pools for recurring and priority client requirements.
Client & Candidate Coordination
- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure strong candidate engagement and positive candidate experience.
- Communicate effectively regarding interview feedback, onboarding documents, and joining formalities.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
Recruitment Operations & Compliance
- Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and client compliance requirements.
- Maintain accuracy in candidate submissions, documentation, and reporting.
- Track recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, placements, and closures.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment status reports and pipeline updates.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and turnaround time.
Team Collaboration & Performance Management
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams and business stakeholders to achieve hiring goals.
- Work in a target-driven environment with focus on delivery and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on current IT market trends, technologies, and hiring practices in the US staffing industry.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best recruitment practices within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or US Staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, tax terms, visa types, and employment models (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Hands-on experience working with sourcing platforms and ATS tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and recruitment trackers.
Required Skills
- Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners.
- Ability to work on niche and high-volume IT requirements simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing capability for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, SAP, AI/ML etc.
- Prior experience in night shifts/US shift recruitment environment preferred.
